With ABSS Connect, you can add up to 5 data or company files per serial number.

To add a new company file, follow the steps below:

  1. Login to the ABSS Connect Portal.
  2. Click on the subscription center icon.
  3. In the subscription center, you can see how many files you already have under this serial number. If it is 5, then subscribe to a new serial number.
  4. To proceed, click on the 3 dots at the top right, next to Upgrade Plan
  5. Click on Buy Data Files, then Data Files 1-5
  6. You will be redirected to the Stripe Portal, where:
    • You will see what your current plan is including the number of data files.
    • A list of number of file options that you can select.
  7. Select the number of files you need then click on Continue.
  8. Click on Confirm to finalise the purchase.

Note that the subscription for the new file will be prorated according to the remaining period of your subscription.

What this means is, if a data file is RM500.00, and you have 6 months of your subscription remaining, then you will be charged RM500.00 divided by 12 multiplied by 6.

So the amount you have to pay will not be the full amount.
